I had an absolutely excellent stay at this lakefront Airbnb! The location was stunning—peaceful, private, and just steps from the water. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Host was an outstanding host. He was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail. Watching the sunset over the lake in the evening was the perfect way to unwind. I will definitely be back!

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

This home is located in a beautiful area. We loved watching the swans and geese in the water. The home is very comfortable. It was perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate my 75th birthday. I highly recommend it.

Robert's vacation home is super cozy and beautiful. The vaulted ceiling makes the bungalow feel very spacious. There are lots of nice touches and decor, a comfy couch in front of the large flat screen, two little corner sitting areas for reading or breakfast, and a cute little outdoor seating area right in front of the house with views of the lake. The kitchen also feels spacious with a huge island. There is one main room with tons of natural light and windows so it was easy to have a nice cool breeze. Robert was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We stayed for over a week and liked it very much, would definitely come back. There are three little beaches just steps away. My only regret is we did not have time/the weather to go swimming. The area is super quiet and surrounded by trees. Highly recommend. A few things to know: if you are doing serious cooking recommend bringing a large saute pan or other pot, main bedroom bed is on the firm side.

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!

Wendy and Tim's cottage sits on a beautiful lake. There's lots to do on the water (Kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, etc). They were great hosts and their cottage is a great way to spend a quiet and relaxing time with friends and family. I definitely hope to come back here again!

Craig’s place on Pelican Bog at Wood Pond was the ideal retreat for our moms’ weekend getaway. Even with a bit of rain, we fully enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space—fishing off the dock, a refreshing dip in the water, and the pond swing, which was such a relaxing and unexpected highlight. The home itself exceeded our expectations. The living room was so much cozier and more spacious than the photos showed—perfect for lounging, laughing, and catching up. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making meal prep a breeze. We didn’t find ourselves needing a single thing. Craig was incredibly responsive and took a lot of care to make our stay enjoyable including putting the fishing poles, kayaks, and chairs out for us so enjoy right as we arrived. The air hockey table was also a really great addition. All in all, it was the perfect setting for reconnecting and unwinding. We would absolutely come back!

This truly was the best AirBNB we have ever stayed in. Diana was a wonderful host, no detail was overlooked and the location is magical. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Great great host, he went above and beyond to accommodate us after a terrible day where everything went wrong!! Can't thank him enough for his kindness, consideration, and understanding. Would highly recommend this gentlemans' apartment to anyone and would stay again!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la très jolie maison d Ingrid avec vue sur le lac. Ingrid et son mari ont été très disponibles. Le lieu est très beau, dommage toutefois que l on entende la voie expresse sinon c est un endroit magique.

New England Perfection - My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The cottage on the water was adorable/clean and had everything we needed. The view and the seating out by the pond were perfect for coffee, wine and and just taking in the scenery and nature. Loved the extra touches like coffee, cream, bottled water and COOKIES! ;-) Would love to return!

Always clean and very comfortable, we find this a great place to stay. Chris is a great host and very accommodating. We visit the area often and have stayed at both this cottage and his larger rental on the waterfront where he allows water access to his dock and kayaks etc. (Highly recommended for larger families- it has a Beautiful view!) We will be back in the future. Always meets our needs just fine!

Super cozy cottage on the lake which was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids 8, 4). The pictures are accurate. What you see is what you get. We loved the dock for fishing (small Perch & Sunfish) and use of the kayaks. We didn't go swimming but the lake is shallow enough that you can feel safe for your littles to be in the water without much help. Older kids can wade out far enough to actually swim. I recommend water shoes as there is a lot of shells and muscles in the sand. The two hammocks and firepit were nice touches as well. There are restaurants, Dunkin, and gas stations 5 minutes away. New Bedford is 10 minutes away for more food/store options. Overall a great place, would def stay again.

This is a special place! One that was hard to leave. Pictures were accurate, but far more beautiful in person. The views! I felt right at home once I arrived. House has everything you could possibly need. Feels very safe and comfortable. Fire pit, outdoor seating, large yard, private location. Kitchen is stocked well with cooking supplies. My favorite part was the sounds of the ocean in the distance at night and the wind chimes outside of the back door. Very relaxing stay and dog friendly!! Would highly recommend to all.
