A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Paula’s house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. She has a fully stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. The views are wonderful and the master bath is incredible. This house is sparkling clean! It’s located very conveniently to the bike path and Colt State Park. We loved the area and were thankful to have our long days end hanging out in this lovely house. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Wonderful host! A beautiful space that’s perfect for families, you’ll feel right at home here. I can’t say enough about how wonderful A was as a host, I mixed up our dates and she swooped in like an angel to work it all out. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area. On top of all that the backyard is really spectacular.

A great base while my child attended a sailing course at Duxbury Bay Maritime School. This is a lovely area. Bogs, salt marshes, beaches. The house was very clean and beds super comfortable. Sunset over the pond is beautiful ! Advertised as max 8 people though there is only bed space for 4. Having said that, there is plenty of space in the house for more people with air mattresses. Only other comment is that there is not much in the kitchen. Nespresso machine but no pods. No other coffee maker that I saw. Salt and pepper in the cupboard but nothing else. No pasta strainer. Small things that didn't overall impact our experience but worth mentioning.

We had a wonderful stay at Ariela’s peaceful cottage! The location was quiet and easy to find, offering a perfect getaway. The cottage itself was very spacious, with clean and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to celebrate the New Year, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We can’t wait to return during the warmer months to explore the nearby beaches. Highly recommend this lovely home for a relaxing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Feldman House. The double sided fireplace was welcome addition & we spent many hours playing provided games at the dining room table & cuddling up in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to eat breakfast at the home each morning. That being said , dinners were spent at The 4 Corners grille in nearby Tiverton. The stuffed sole was amazing & the fried clams were a family favorite. We look forward to returning to the Feldman home again. Thank you Lily for making us feel so welcome & for sharing this amazing historical home .

This was our second time staying at Frankie’s place and would jump at the chance to stay again for our next visit. The place was very clean and great location. Frankie is a great host! Book with confidence.

What an incredibly cute farmhouse near everything. For those who appreciate early American architecture this is a little gem. The original flooring through most of the house and builtins are a welcome reprieve from today's boring minimalism. The mix of antiques and newer pieces are a nod to the design sense of the owner. The extra large farmhouse kitchen makes you want to make a big meal and just dine in or out as there's seating in both. I slept on the full bed on the enclosed porch and found it to be a little slice of heaven. I highly recommend this little gem and hope the owners write a little something up on the history of such a great house.

This was a great find, my father and I enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and more. Lovely neighborhood close to the water and the hosts were so helpful, I can tell they are attentive to their home and improving their listing. Although — it’s already great as it is. Very cozy spot, we loved it!

Our daughter and her family live close to this property, so we knew what to expect in terms of location, walkability, restaurants, etc. It was a great location for us, but it wouldn't be a good choice if you wanted to be in easy walking distance to the "heart " of Newport. We rented the apartment for the month of December as Chris allows dogs, and it is a one-story unit (my husband has mobility problems). The unit was clean and looks like the pictures. The shower does not have safety bars, but the walls are smooth/clean and suction safety bars work perfectly. My husband especially liked the TV service (YouTube TV, which was included). The sofa and bed were comfortable, but it would have been nice to have more storage space (drawers) for our clothing. The back yard is enclosed with a new 6' high fence, which is the only good choice for the area (Newport does have coyotes). Chris was VERY responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel welcome.

My dog and I spent a few weeks at this property and immediately felt at home. The area felt very safe, as I walked around town every night. Everything you need basically is within walking distance.

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

Great location and lovely space. We didn’t mind the stairs, but wish there was a designated parking spot. It wasn’t a problem to find a spot though. LOVE that there was no huge to-do list upon departure. Always feels more like a vacation when the host doesn’t give you chores. Thanks for a lovely trip! Highly recommend.

Perfect for a family getaway to Newport. Condo was clean and fit our family well. Any issues were addressed by the front desk staff. The indoor pool, while simple and slightly outdated, was a huge plus and the kids loved it!

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

What a fantastic place to stay for anything on the South Coast. New Bedford is a great town for theater and food and fun, and the spot made getting around the coast so easy. The studio is amazing— newly renovated, spotlessly furnished, absolutely gorgeous. Heads up: no microwave, but if you know your way around a kitchen or a take-out menu, you’ll be fine. Stacie was fantastic— always responded quickly and helpfully. I’ll go back again and again.
