It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
