The garden entrance is separate to the house so you can independently come and go as you please. Located in the heart of vibrant, multicultural Easton, it's the perfect base for exploring Bristol.

This unique cottage has vaulted ceilings and consist of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen diner which is perfect for quiet nights in. For those warm sunny days the french doors lead onto a private patio with out door seating. Towels and bed line are offered in this accommodation. We are also able to offer our guests a parking space on our drive way, off the street behind an electric fence.

The cottage are only a few minutes’ drive from places of interest like Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills. Even the famous Cotswolds are only a 30 minute drive away. With many walks to choose from directly from the cottage it is also the perfect spot for nature lovers who would like to leave the car. The cottages are a within walking distance from Keynsham trainstation (free parking close by) and the town centre with lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Clifton village with its boutique shops, restaurants, and coffee houses and the Clifton Suspension Bridge and Observatory are a 5 minute stroll.

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

Wonderful spacious and tastefully furnished Garden floor apartment, in Grade II listed Georgian House (with off street parking), within easy walking distance from both the Whiteladies and Gloucester Roads and their restaurants (hipster street food to fine dining), shops and coffee hangouts. Located right in the middle of the City, near the hospital, University, Clifton, Chandos Road - yet set within the leafy green tranquility and space of Cotham Park.

We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.
