BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Happy and cosy master bedroom with ensuite shower

CHECK IN FROM 6pm.Unfortunately due to work commitments no early luggage drop-off Master bedroom in residential area. This is a beautiful private room type with a private ensuite shower, a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, and pillows. It catches the sun and the beautiful sounds of birds chirping away. We supply fresh, clean linen, bath towels, hand towels, body wash, shampoo and a complimentary bottle of Spring water from Cheddar. You will also find a hairdryer, desk & chair and bathroom essentials. A small built-in cupboard equipped with hangers. Pre-booked breakfast between 7.30-10am for £12.95pp

Large bright superking room with private bathroom

In the heart of Redland, 10 minutes walk from Whiteladies Rd and The Downs this residential house is hosted by Kaz and Steve. It offers a lovely large room with a superking bed (can be converted to twin beds). Self-service breakfast (cereal etc) available. There is a gorgeous garden out back and guests are welcome to enjoy the decked patio area overlooking Redland Green. There is parking available for one car on the driveway. Pixie, our small non-shedding Shorkie, will also make you welcome.

Attic room with en suite

Beautiful loft conversion in family home with own bathroom. Stunning panoramic views of Bristol from the front and peaceful gardens and allotments at the back. We live on a quiet road 0.7 miles from Temple Meads train station and 1.4 miles from the city centre. Continental breakfast provided for short term guests. Access to our shared kitchen can be arranged occasionally if needed. There are two lovely parks on the doorstep plus shops, great pubs, eateries and bakery nearby.

Bed & Breakfast is offered but not evening meals. With free off-street parking you'll enjoy your time at this cheerful B&b having a large-ish double bedroom and adjacent shared bathroom. You can also make use and relax in our lounge areas including conservatory and garden. In the north bristol area and located close to Bristol parkway station it is handy for rail and bus routes to bristol centre, Cribbs causeway shopping, Bath and even Cardiff.

Cosy single room in Bristol cottage

A unique place to stay in an Art and Crafts style cottage located in a quiet suburban area on the edge of Bristol. There are excellent and fast links to Clifton, Whiteladies Rd and Bristol University (10 mins by train) or city centre by bus/train (takes 20 mins). Off road parking. Absolutely no smoking on the property. May suit guests needing a stop over work, visiting family, or attending courses locally, for example.

Guest Room with Ensuite Bathroom

Jane and Iain welcome you, we will meet you on arrival to ensure you have everything you need for your stay (arrangements made via What’s App the day before). We are a busy home, with a large friendly golden retriever, elderly spaniel and cat, you can do your own thing, or we can make suggestions based on our local knowledge. A continental breakfast can also be offered for an additional price (£10 per person).

Stay with Rafiq

This B&B is 8 min drive away from Cribs causeway. Patchway train station is 5 min and parkway train station is 8 min away through car. Bristol city centre is at 19 min drive from B&B. All varieties of restaurants (English, desi, halal etc.) are available within 4 mile. A healthy breakfast will be awaiting you with tea and coffee 24/7. Heating and hot water is available throughout your stay.

The normal check in window is 5 to 7pm. Please message me BEFORE making a booking if you would like a different time . Comfortable spacious room, double bed for ONE with shared shower room, Home to a cheeky young Cockapoo. Convenient for UWE, Rolls Royce, Southmead Hospital, bus etc. Right by lovely river walks to Snuff Mills, Eastville Park and Stoke Park. NO third party bookings!
