You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Surf good waves, explore the rockpools & view a classic sunrise, at Bungan Beach. Relax on the deck with a glass of wine, taking in the views of Northern beaches, Newport, Bilgola and Central Coast.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

This self contained unit is perfect for couples. Ten minutes drive to Gosford City centre and 5 minutes drive to a variety of shops.Famous Terrigal Beach & The Entrance only 20 minutes away. Take a ferry to WoyWoy .Multiple bush walks & parks, all within easy reach of Gosford.Close proximity to theatres, cinemas & dining options, or relax on your rear deck looking amongst the trees listening to the birds. Recommend you travel by private vehicle/ Uber as road to our house is very steep.

We are 200 metres from the sparkling waters of Copacabana Beach but no water views from premises. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocols.
