"Whispering Pines" rural escape

Just 2 hours drive from Sydney, a little over 1 hour from Canberra and 15 minutes north of Goulburn, the split 3-level house is situated on our 65 acre hillside property. Fully furnished Tiny House. Modern compact living space with a full size fridge/freezer, Queen bed, convention/grilling microwave, electric hot plate and smart TV. Full size shower in spacious bathroom. Air conditioning and heating in open plan living space with dining space/work space. Large loft storage area, plenty of closet space and kitchen storage including large pantry. Off street parking in cul-de-sac street that is a short walk to CBD and local amenities.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

The whole group will enjoy this comfortable, spacious and unique home. On a rural setting, this historic home is located only 5 km from the center of Goulburn, and less than 2 hours from Sydney. At the rear of the house is the "Tool Shed" (people cave) which guests are welcome to use as well.
