It is situated less than 1km from Queen Street, 1.5km from City Botanical Garden, and 2.2km from Queensland Performing Arts Complex (QPAC). The underground carpark is $35 per night, and you can use the same lift to your unit. Currently there is a demolishing next building. My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette, a queen bed in the bedroom, and two bathrooms. For those travelling on business, it is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Please note - the view is not spectacular. It is of the roof top of the building next door. We don't have a spa bath.
