Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee, wine, beer and snacks.

The Saddlery Holiday Cottage-Near Wolds And Coast

The Saddlery is a one-bedroom detached holiday cottage in North Thoresby, Lincolnshire. It has received 5 star ratings from every guest. North Thoresby offers shops, two pubs with excellent restaurants, and a heritage railway station. It's surrounded by open countryside, offering scenic walks and is close to the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Lincolnshire coast, with its deserted sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts is just a short drive away.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

For sporty guests there's Market Rasen Racecourse which is a few miles away as well as Cadwell park. And if your a beach lover we are central to Cleethorpes and Skegness with all the attractions. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.

Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 1 pub that does great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
