Peaceful artist’s retreat in the heart of Brighton

Welcome to our lovely Brighton house; a peaceful gem just a pebble’s throw (3 minutes walk) from the city centre or the lanes. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. The location is also perfect for Brighton station which is a 4 minute walk away. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, modern kitchen, and living room. The rear patio is a perfect sun trap in the afternoons and there is a small WC room. The house also benefits from a lockable garage (very narrow so not suitable for bigger cars)

Detached gated property with large garden. If you walk up the garden you get a fantastic view looking out over the cliffs. Spacious light and airy house with big kitchen diner with all mod cons. Summerhouse at the top of the garden with peloton bike and coffee machine. Saltdean has a fantastic lido, pubs, easy access to the downs and some legendary walks. Gorgeous beach and undercliff walk. Just a short hop on the bus / taxi takes you to vibrant Brighton. The perfect holiday location!
