fantastic stay with Bethany, we rented the place for some of our team that travelled overseas. checked the place out, and popped in on the guys, was a beautiful town house just at the start of the Hanover area, lovely bare brick walls, beautiful stairs, very well maintained and cleaned. in terms of a host, responded really well, very helpful and nice to talk to. five starts from us!

Gavin and his family instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable in his gorgeous family home. We rented their home for one night so we could celebrate our grandads 80th birthday in Brighton and it was the perfect spot to come home too after seeing family. Gorgeous spacious home, really love garden space. Gavin was amazing with communication and we were even allowed to bring our dogs which was super helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

Stayed here with friends for my birthday weekend, such a lovely house, we thought it was even better than the photos! Very spacious! Had everything we needed - even a steam shower! Very good location to walk into the centre. We had a great time, thanks Will :)

Louise’s place was a home from home. You can tell Louise has a bustling family life, we felt like we’re staying with relatives rather than rented. Everything we needed was available. Lots of helpful instructions. Totally recommend this lovely family home 😊

We stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious, WiFi perfect, relaxing place, dining place, the bedding was of a very good quality. When we arrived, there was fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, coffee, tea, water. Annemarie is always willing to help. Very kind family. Don’t hesitate, go for it! We enjoyed our days!

Apartamento muy acogedor, fiel a las fotografías, limpio y ordenado, amplio y luminoso con un patio que puedes hacer barbacoas. Arlene muy buena anfitriona, contestando muy rápido a través del móvil. La temperatura del apartamento perfecta. No tiene buen acceso para personas mayores o con discapacidad por ser en la planta baja de la casa, pero es ideal para pareja con niño/s. La estación del tren para Londres muy cerca, se puede ir caminando. Bien comunicado para ir al centro de Brighton. Barrio muy tranquilo con supermercados y tiendas muy cerca. Nuestra estancia fue perfecta.

Had a lovely stay in Arundel. This apartment was in easy walking distance of the train station and the town was very close too with lots of nice walks and cafes/restaurants. The apartment was a decent size, the bed comfy and it was nice to have access to the outdoor patio and garden. Joanne was very friendly and helpful. While I was visiting the wi-fi was not the best but I was able to work for most of the time that I needed to. Would recommend!

Gorgeous flat, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, quiet, fully equipped, everything works. Did I mention the gorgeous sea views?

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at The Old Cooks House. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we both slept well on all nights. Jackie had left a plethora of goodies for us for breakfast and snacking and she was really helpful in guiding us to places to eat out. It was a lovely break.

Marsha was a fantastic host and very helpful. Design House added extra excitement to our trip and the location was perfect for a weekend by the coast. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, Marsha kindly left out a beach BBQ and a dog bed, plus additional mattresses for our children. We loved the fun interior and many quirks, highly recommended for a fun filled trip with friends or family.

I had a lovely stay in Graham's home. Both he and Rosie were very responsive to messages and provided useful info. Arriving at the flat, there were lots of thoughtful additions, the flat was pristine and I had everything and more that I needed. The location is excellent both for public transport links and access to Alexandra Park, the beach and the country park. I would be very happy to stay again.

Very comfortable, clean, cosy apartment, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our brief stay, communication with Julia was excellent, and we will certainly book again when we are in the area.

we really enjoyed our stay at Alexia''s place. it was better in person than the photos. really lovely space to relax. the hot tub was amazing and we had everything we needed. the bed was really comfortable and nice little gifts in the kitchen left for guests for breakfast/introduction. Alexia is a very helpful host who met us on arrival and explained all we needed to know. would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely shepherd’s hut! The hut itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable getaway. The host went the extra mile by leaving us a welcome bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy retreat. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Matts. Such a beautiful and peaceful location - we did the walk to the Black Horse pub which was really nice and had a really great stay.

The Potager was perfect for our long weekend stay. Situated in a beautiful location and very peaceful. Ideal place to stay for those who like the outdoors with plenty of walking/running/cycling routes starting right outside the door. The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout and tastefully furnished and decorated. All the amenities we needed for a weekend stay were available and in good order. Katie was welcoming and friendly throughout the weekend and gave many recommendations on places to visit or where to eat. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to return to the Potager (or the Coop) at some point soon.

We had the most amazing stay at the cabin! The location is absolutely stunning — tucked away on a peaceful farm, completely secluded and surrounded by nature. The cabin is super cosy and really well thought out, with loads of lovely touches like marshmallows for the fire, and plenty of logs and firelighters provided. There’s no indoor shower, but the outdoor bath more than makes up for it — the water gets really warm and it's such a relaxing experience. The area is perfect for walking and trail running, with beautiful routes right from the doorstep. There's also a great little pub about 20 minutes away on foot. Edd was a fantastic host — communication was spot on, and his instructions were clear and detailed. We absolutely loved our stay, would 100% come back, and have already recommended it to friends and family!

We had a very incredible stay in Forest Den. Wonderful place with nice and helpful host. In this cozy den with two friendly dogs and a lovely cat. I love the Husky soooo much! He is fluffy and brilliant! Three alpacas are so cute! I have tried to feed them! We have took many photos with these fluffy family members! Amazing experience! Love them!! The best location for exploring Pooh’s hometown. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

Lovely cabin in a beautiful part of the world. Very helpful and attentive host. Would definitely return
