Recently renovated 2bed Victorian terrace house on quiet leafy street moments from Preston Park station, just north of Brighton centre The house has a brand new kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms, each with king sized beds, as well as a dedicated office workspace in the master bedroom. Easy access to centre of Brighton via train (5 mins) or bus (20 mins) and a short walk (20 mins) to buzzy Seven Dials with its independent coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Parking permits provided!

Charming, cosy home & garden free onstreet parking

Our unique & super stylish house is sociable, homely and full of charming features & eclectic furniture. The kitchen/diner leads out onto the sunny terrace with great views of the area. It has 2 double bed bedrooms and there's a sofa bed in the living room. The house is in a peaceful residential area of Brighton with free on-street parking & quick access into the city centre, perfect for a weekend getaway. The vicinity of Preston Park, makes for an ideal base during the Brighton Pride Festival🌈

Beautiful Central Brighton Cottage BN1

North lodge is a beautiful country cottage set right in the centre of Brighton. With charming surroundings you could easily think you were in the country but you are in town. PLEASE NOTE: these prices are for 3 night stays, 2 night prices on request. The house has been recently renovated on the inside and new cleaners appointed. Some of the reviews were fair, at that point but not now. The house is nowhere near the railway line as shown snd on the Junction of Highcroft & Millers rd no noise.

A large Victorian house in very close proximity to the sea, Hove Lagoon, Rockwater (on the Marathon route) and a short drive/train/bus to Brighton. The house is perfect for extended families and groups of friends looking for a fab base for relaxing and sight-seeing in nearby Brighton/South Downs. Featuring a sun terrace, southwest facing garden, large kitchen/diner (seats 16) and large Japanese soaking/jacuzzi bath. One room requires its final lick of paint, the current price reflects this.

Fabulous family dog friendly home in trendy Hove

Our family house is full of colour and life and is available for holiday rentals. With 4 spacious bedrooms, large open plan living and a large west facing garden, it is perfectly set up for families wanting to escape to the seaside. Dogs very much welcome to. Hove Beach, Hove Lagoon water sports, playground, skate park and pump track and the independent shops on trendy Portland Road are all a short walk. As we are in a quiet, safe, family neighbourhood we only accept family bookings.

Fabulous 5 Bedroom House in HOVE (priv. parking)

Superb family home with off-street parking. Sitting room leads off from the hallway. Stunning south facing open plan kitchen/ dining room with French doors leading out onto the garden. On the first floor is a Master Bedroom, one double bedroom and one single bedroom with separate bathroom with double sink. On the 2nd floor is a large bedroom with Kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. 5th bedroom is a converted garage with it's own private entrance. Beautiful room with en-suite.

A lovely three-bedroom three-bathroom ground floor private garden flat only 1 minute from hove lawns and the beach. Strictly No Parties. The flat has many stunning period pieces ranging from it’s double height ceilings with decorative coving, original fireplaces, stain glass doors and parquet flooring. We have three large bedrooms with king sized beds and memory foam mattress. Three shower/bathrooms. High speed Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a 60” LG smart tv.

Large two bedroom open plan bungalow with sauna

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Fabulous Seaside house, Free Parking & EV charging

Enjoy this beautiful mews home with family, friends and dogs. In the heart of the popular Kemp Town Village in Brighton. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We have free on-site parking for one car and offer free off peak charging for EV cars. The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.

Spacious four bedroom house in the heart of Hove

Beautiful home in the prestigious Pembroke area of Hove, minutes from the shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is a 7 minute walk away where you will find the Fish Shack selling local fish. Visit the sensational bar/restaurant, 'Rockwater', on the beach where you can have a meal on the roof top terrace or drinks on the beach deck and watch the sunset. Brighton and the stunning South Downs are a 10 minute drive away.
