When you arrive at the Silver-room via your own private entrance into the quirky colourful courtyard that oozes with character,you know it’s the start of your holiday . It lights up so on a summer night you can enjoy a with a glass of wine and have your breakfast in the sun in the morning. You enter through French doors into your gorgeous Silver Room of reflections and understated sumptuous elegance . It’s contemporary but cosy and just everything is there inside to make your stay special.

Relax at our large 1850 Victorian house in the centre of Brighton. A comfortable large double room with small attractive private bathroom a few steps away. High ceilings, large windows, comfy bed, quality cotton linen, towels, sofa, small table, chair, TV, fast WiFi, tea making facilities. The room is by the entrance giving you privacy. Breakfast served in the room on request. In the heart of Brighton but in a residential street, a few mins from shops, restaurants. The sea is 12 mins walk.

You are welcome to enjoy our garden and our 2 Mini Schnauzers, Mr Pip & Miss Poppy will certainly give you a warm welcome. We are a 5 min walk to the seafront, A 2 min walk to bus stops going straight into town or along coast roads.

You’ll love this light, airy bedroom in the clouds just five minutes walk to the beach. This spacious bedroom, with super king bed and en suite, means you have the top floor to yourself in our family home. Complete with tea and coffee making facilities. Help yourselves to breakfast, sit in the garden or well designed lounge and enjoy all that Hove beach life has to offer.

Disney Room for single guest. Double bed and tv.

This is my smallest room and has a wall of Disney mugs. It's at the top of the house. There is a shared shower room the floor below and towels and breakfast is included. The room has a double bed, bedside lights, television and a little hanging /storage space. Guests may use the dining room for laptop work or for preparing meals.

Big room, with all you could need. Great bed. Lovely open space. Best TV. beautiful plants. A Very relaxing and inspiring place to be. All you need. inside a house with other similar rooms, a great set up on a lovely street, minutes walk from the sea and shops. Very near train station. Peaceful area of the city.
