Unit is connected to main house but separate. Shared entrance with other guest but private unit. Full size bed, mini fridge, coffee maker and a super cool indoor shower with skylight as roof. Enjoy the evening on the front patio for sunset or morning coffee for sunrise. No wifi. No smoking inside. 7% Community fee is for County Taxes.

NOTE during our busier seasons, the internet may lag some. Also, this is an older building, and the walls are thin. Please be aware of this before booking and considerate of neighbors.
