The property has an outside seating area and is ideally situated for access to popular mountain bikes routes. It has door step access to numerous scenic walks for both the seasoned walkers or those who enjoy more gentle strolls.

The town is surrounded by three mountains ; Sugar Loaf , The Blorenge and Skirrid , and the River Usk - all walkable from the apartment. The apartment itself is a recent development which has been finished to the highest quality. The apartment boasts two double bedrooms, one en suite and one large family bathroom; both of which are fitted with walk in showers.

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.
