Absolutely beautiful home, layout accommodated all 11 (6 adults and 5 children under 9) with ease! Quick to get to and was set to allow amazing views, we spent time watching horse drawn sleds giving folks rides on the golf course, as well as people ice skating. We ventured out for walks to enjoy the clean mountain air and visited with neighbors. The owner is easy to work and communicate with as well as the property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we had an issue( the internet router went down and needed reset). We were here for the New Year's Holidays on a family vacation. The weather was perfect as we had plenty of snow even enjoying "snow days" as we don't often have in Louisiana! We took a sleigh ride after we enjoyed watching other every afternoon from this wonderful Family Room! Your house is such a comfortable one. I think it could have been called perfect. Your home is beautiful and it was everything and more I was looking for for this trip. Pictures just can't capture the beauty of the home. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to use your home. Todd COXMAS: COLORADO CHRISTMAS 2013 Our family stayed at this gorgeous home over the Christmas holidays. The home offers amazing views and has ample room with 4400 square feet. We arrived with fresh poinsettias and every amenity imaginable, including heated floors, garage and beds. The home is located on the golf course and at the end of a small street and directly across from a large tree filled lot that was excellent for the children to play in the snow! You feel selcuded and have unobstructed views, yet you are part of the Highlands primier neighborhood. It is approximately 8 minutes from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the gondola. It is 10-15 minutes from Frisco for tubing, dinner sleigh rides with Two Below, Walmart for grocery shopping and it is only 8 miles from dog sledding. The decks provide a great place to view the wildlife, views and great landscaping. David was quick to answer any questions and great to work with in renting the home. Thanks again, Jack and Margaret; Pinehurst NC The home is located in the prestigious Highlands subdivision in North Breckenridge, 5 minutes away from the gondola up to the slopes. The property overlooks the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. You must have a car in order to stay at the Chateau Sole - we are 5 minutes from town. A trip in the winter to Breckenridge would not be complete without experiencing our mountains! The Chateau Sole' is located 7 minutes from the base of the ski area where you can park and ride the Gondola up to the Lifts. This makes Chateau Sole' ideal for guests who wish to ski, and then come back to the home for lunch. Enjoy the homes 2 custom built laundry rooms, to hold and separate all of your ski gear. Keep your car warm at night in the large 2 car heated garage, no getting up and getting into a cold car! Breckenridge has been the most popular ski resort in North America for the past few years! Breckenridge was also named one of the top five ski locations in the world by the BBC in October 2006 and was ranked as the ninth best resort in the US by SKI Magazine in 2008. Peak 10 is the southernmost part of Breckenridge, servicing mainly difficult and a substantial amount of intermediate terrain. Peak 9 services mostly intermediate terrain, with a significant number of beginners runs on the lower part of the mountain, though it can also access expert runs such as Devil's crotch and the Windows hike to terrain that leads down to E-chair on the north side of Peak 9. Peak 8 is accessed from the Colorado SuperChair, Rocky Mountain SuperChair and the Peak 8 SuperConnect. The lower part of Peak 8 accesses mostly intermediate runs with some advanced runs. The back bowl on Peak 8 can be accessed via 6 chair or the T-Bar, both can be used to access the Imperial Express lift and the northernmost (Peak 7) and westernmost bowls (Lake Chutes), which include some very difficult terrain with slopes up to 55 degrees. The lower part of Peak 7 can also be accessed from the Independence SuperChair which accesses intermediate terrain. Breckenridge has a base Elevation of 9,600 feet / 2,926 meters and a summit elevation of 12,998 feet / 3,963 meters. Breckenridge also has a vertical rise: 3,398 feet / 1,036 meters and has 30 total lifts to service you! The lifts include 2 high-speed 6-passenger SuperChairs, 7 high-speed quad lifts, 1 triple lift, 6 double lifts, 1 8-passenger gondola (5 minutes from the Chateau), 4 surface lifts and 9 carpet lifts! With these lifts the capacity is 37,880 people per hour! So don't worry about standing in line, the town has you covered! There is also a total of 2358 acres / 954 hectares of ski terrain for you to enjoy! Breckenridge grooms 600 acres / 241 hectares (29% of total terrain) daily! For the advanced skiers, there are 772 acres of Bowl and 25 acres of advanced terrain Parks. The longest trail is Four O'clock - 3.5 miles / 5.6 kilometers.

Indoors, there’s a fully fitted chef’s kitchen with attractive wooden cabinetry and cozy, stone-clad fireplace in the living room. Includes an alfresco hot tub. We are excited to welcome you to the River House on 10 Mile Creek and hope to accommodate your needs and make your stay memorable. It has been described as a restful retreat by many of our guests and we hope you find that to be true as well. We have rebuilt the back decks, added a hot tub and remodeled the basement bathroom in October, 2017. You will have access to the whole house, hot tub, 2 decks along the river, 2 car garage, and the yard with seating on the river. Send a text and I will get back with you as soon as possible. This neighborhood is quiet, clean, friendly and safe. There is hardly any traffic because the house is situated in a cul-de-sac. There are more bikes and pedestrians than cars on this street. Great restaurants can be found down Main Street. Public transit is easily available and there is a free ski shuttle to Copper Mountain 3 blocks from our house. We broke down and put a TV in all three bedrooms, so there are 4 TVs total. But do go outside!! A hot tub was installed in October of 2017, and the decks were rebuilt. We also remodeled the basement bathroom so that all the bathrooms are now in tip top shape.
