Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

All premium bedding, Master Bedroom has a Simmons Beautyrest, 2nd room has a Tempur-pedic, 3rd room has a Serta I-Comfort. 1 Gig High speed WIFI, Prime and Netflix only, we don't have cable. New 70 Inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room . Pet fee of $148 for up to 2 house trained dogs.

A&M & Kyle Field 12 min and 20 min Santa's Wonderland. Horse riding lessons available. On 10 acres, Trees, pond. Private guest house with great room, pool table, pool with slide, CHILD PROOF Doors, covered patio, large TV inside & outside. Big kitchen granite island separate bedroom w/king bed and 4 bunk beds in the great room. Sleeps 6 people or 7 if you bring blowup mattress. Large fire pit and gas grill. Fireworks allowed. Double Branch Farm - Great Weekend Getaway!

Listing is Cleaned & Sanitized according to EPA standards! Enjoy this Cabin feel with lots of space and openness in the quiet country, just 14 miles to Kyle Field. For families to go to the Aggie Football game or stay and watch games with outside TV screen that includes a SPA HOTTUB for anyone just to relax. Also a game of horseshoe and volleyball is available too. This is your place! One stay here and you will be sure to come back.

Your hosts are Chase and Mason who are both active-duty Marines who joined in 2014 and are now attending TAMU in order to commission as officers.
