Room to park your boat, porch and barbecue grill will fill your appetite and a variety of yard games will entertain the family. A durable curtain can divide the bedroom from the living room, and a new AC system will keep you cool in the Texas heat. The host lives onsite, providing quick assistance.

Located just 1000 feet from the campus golf course and a short 25 minute walk to Kyle Field. The studio is well appointed with everything you need to relax, cook a meal, enjoy coffee on the deck or take a walk through the neighborhood. The bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the living room has a long sofa.

Less than five miles to Kyle Field and Texas A&M, Downtown Bryan, and Century Square, this one bedroom private apartment will have you in the heart of Aggieland. A private entrance welcomes you into an open living and kitchen space. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. Fish in the nearby pond or just hang out on the spacious grounds. This is similar to a studio apartment. There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch. The bed is a queen size bed.
