Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Comfortable furniture and vibrant colors help make this beach house feel so inviting and comfortable you won’t want to leave.

During the busiest days of Surfside, this deck is the quietest and most peaceful spots on the island. Not only can you feel the ocean breeze, you will hear the waves. Enjoy coffee & cocktails while watching surfers ride the waves. House has a whole house filtration system and reverse osmosis system at the sink. Feel free to use our beach chairs, towels, toys, outdoor shower, and grill.

COME RELAX AT THE BAY WITH THE BEACH JUST STEPS AWAY. This cozy rustic wooden cabin sits directly on Drum Bay and the Old Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for fisherman with boats and kayaks or even for those who just want to relax and fish off of the private dock. There is a boat ramp just 4 houses down and the beach is just a 5 minute walk from the doorstep. Take a left and head East on Bluewater Highway to reach San Louis Pass in 9 min or the Galveston Seawall in just 35 min.

We are committed following AB&B cleaning protocol and CDC recommendations. We are hosting for a minimum of 3 nights. 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Downtown Alvin Texas. 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (+under bed) and a sofa bed. Washer and drier in the apartment. Full kitchen and living room. Cable and high speed internet. Plenty of space to park in front of apartment. The property surrounded by tall trees in a quiet street.
