Guests will enter the Oasis through their first floor private entrance and large covered deck. Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

The Depot is central to Potsdam, Canton, and Massena areas for travelers (St. Lawrence River, Adirondacks), college visitors (SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton), and professionals. Train and history buffs will love this property!There are many relics from the original railroad to see. In addition to being right on the railroad tracks, the Depot is located on the Raquette River. Guests will experience beautiful water views, sunsets, and maybe a slow passing train.

Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.
