Beautiful updated 3-bedroom 2-full bathroom residential house located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville Ga. Stylish finishes, fun entertainment for a whole family includes foosball table, basketball play and arcade machine. In the office area there is a twin day bed with trundle that can sleep two guests. It offers big unobstructed panoramic views of the lake, year round deep water and a large covered private dock. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.
