The Willows - Garden Guest Cottage

This beautiful recently completed guest cottage is set within the secure grounds of the main house in a rural setting near the villages of Willerby, located just off the main route between the Humber Bridge and the historic town of Beverley and only 15 mins from the City of Kingston Upon Hull. Ideally placed for country walks or for exploring these historic centres. We are only 2 mins away from all amenities i.e. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes, supermarkets or for hospitals visits and business trips.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

SWEET 17 next door can also be booked to accommodate extra guests if needed.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room here in our Two Bedroom(King Size), Two Bathroom Semi Detached Cottage which offers you the perfect balance between convenience and tranquillity. Located just off the A63, in the peaceful village of South Cave our cottage offers you the opportunity to explore all East Yorkshire has to offer easily and conveniently. Please note our Cottage overlooks a small campsite and arrival is strictly before 4.30pm (January - November), 4:00pm (December)

Lavender Cottage, Welton

Our beautiful period cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Welton, East Yorkshire. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.

Oak Lodge

Our Oak Lodge facilitates 2 bedrooms (2 double rooms ) 2 bathroom (en-suite shower & family bath) sleeps 4. Sunnydene Country Park is located in the East Riding of Yorkshire amongst a mostly rural open area that broadly follows the northern bank of the River Humber. It is located approximately 12 miles west of the city of Hull, and close to the towns and villages of Brough, South Cave and Elloughton. The area retains its strong heritage and extensive historical connections.

The Stables - North Ferriby

The Stables is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9 minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In a peaceful part of the village but a stones throw from the fabulous cave castle hotel and gold club. A beautiful tearoom is nearby along with a 5 minute walk to the local shop. After a days exploring East Yorkshire horseshoe hosts a fabulous secluded hot tub . Please note this is a no smoking property Dogs not acceptable Extra towels for the hot tub use is advisable please

NEW luxury kitchen/bathroom fitted January 2026! Rose Cottage is a peaceful quaint 200-year-old pretty cottage on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. Log burner, original beams and characterful furniture and furnishings make this a truly special and homely experience. Swanland is a pretty village in East Yorkshire with easy access to walks, family attractions, cosy pubs, the coast, and historic York/Beverley. Large private driveway for parking.

Hobit Hole Blacksmiths Row Ellerker

One bed cottage situated in quite village location, clean and tastefully furnished, cottage appeal with modern touches. Wood burning stove in the lounge. Unlimited internet provided. Great location for easy access to M62 and surrounding locations, friendly quiet safe picturesque village! Please note stairs are a little steep and caution advised, may not suit someone with poor mobility. Mists guest do not find them to be an issue.
