Light-filled Beach House Steps from the Sand

Mougeh's place is a lovely home with ample space, toys, books, games for entire family, within walking distance to the beach, and four mile drive to all shopping needs. The reason for the three star rating given in the "clean house" question was because when we arrived we noticed dog hair in the living area. We contacted the host and immediately the next day the cleaning service arrived and cleaned it. We were refunded the cleaning fee. Mougeh is very caring and responsive to her guests's needs.

Charming 3 bedroom Beach Front Cottage

Our family loved staying here! It was a perfect fit for us (2 adults upstairs & 2 young teen kids in their own room) + grandma downstairs (so no fall hazard!) The views were perfect and added bonus for my kids to burn off steam even in the chilly weather. The open layout downstairs worked great. We weren’t there for many meals so didn’t utilize the kitchen to its fully potential. Jonathan was very responsive and polite with any questions I had during our stay. It was a lovely place that worked out perfectly during our time spent visiting family in CT!

Beachfront paradise- come, stay, relax!

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

Sea Salt Air Changes Everything

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's home, it is exactly as described. There was plenty of room, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. Heather gave all the information needed well in advance, she was quick to reply and left a lovely book with recommendations for the area. This will be our first choice to stay the next time we are in Westbrook.

Kirby was responsive, flexible and worked with our late change of plans! Thank you so much for helping us out last minute and for the wonderful home during our weekend away. Her place was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Beaches, restaurants and highway only a few minutes away.

Spacious Apt. Walk to Beach!

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

This has hands down been the best winter Airbnb I’ve ever had. Even though it has a beach theme, this could easily double as a winter wonderland cabin. I came here with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and before we left we were already planning our next trip back! This is hands down the cleanest feeling airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. They really put effort into making this place feel like a loved home. Everywhere you look theres a nod to the theme in home! The heating/cooling in the house is seriously impressive. The customizable fireplace upstairs (be careful on the stairs!) was a dream. Stargazing at night was incredible. I missed the sunset sleeping in on the incredible bed but the sunrise was AMAZING. Direct view on the front porch! Seeing the moon through the skylight while still being comfy on the couch and watching tv was absolutely terrific. From the endless amenities to the delicious food in the area, I can’t stop praising this place. Thank you guys for the great stay!

Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

My family stayed at Johanna's place for one night and everything was perfect. The check in process was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. It's also worth noting that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again!

Kevin is a great Host - very responsible and accountable. We fully enjoyed staying his place. He was always willing to help while needed. The AirBnB is clean and has full of required amenities. We left some stuffs while checking out, he communicated quickly and shipped it out very fast. I highly recommend to stay at his place at East Lyme, CT.

Claire's place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, cozy and nicely situated on a peaceful street in walking distance to the LIRR train station, the main street in Southold, and a lovely beach with stunning views of the Shelter Island Sound and its surroundings. I would definitely book again!

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!
