Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Sunset Hills Mountain Camp

Unwind, disconnect and explore at this unique off-grid cabin. You are sure to love this cozy, yet spacious, cabin located on 50 acres in the Northern boundaries of the Adirondack Park. Experience the peace of off-grid living with all the modern comforts. Powered by solar energy, the cabin stays comfortable and efficient while you enjoy the natural beauty around you. Sunset views are spectacular with plenty of wildlife viewing. Hiking, kayaking, and fishing are plentiful in our immediate area.

Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

This cabin is tucked away at the edge of the woods for privacy and quiet time. The master bedroom downstairs has a double bed, and the upstairs loft has two twin beds. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and unique appliances. The laundry room has washer and dryer and plenty of storage space for your convenience. There is a back deck with great views and in the front of the cabin there is a firepit and 4 Adirondack chairs to help you relax and enjoy your evenings.
