This apartment is on the second floor of a fourplex building with 3 apartments occupied by long-term, respectful, and responsible tenants. Strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed inside the building. Quiet time is requested between 10:00pm to 5:00am. Laundry facility is shared in the building at no extra cost (first come, first serve basis). Parking is available at the backyard or street.
