Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. There is a fabulous open plan kitchen, dining and living area overlooking the south facing garden, complimented with bifold doors, opening onto the sunny patio and a full height vaulted ceiling. The sleeping gallery offers far reaching views over the open countryside and wonderful sunsets.

Holiday Cottage in Thornham

East Wing is a lovely coastal cottage nestled in the popular village of Thornham with one or two views over Thornham's salt marshes & out to sea. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
