Su-Jo - Villa 4 - Contemporary coastal charm

Su-Jo is a collection of 8 contemporary villas located in an elevated pocket of Ulladulla on Mollymook’s doorstep. Each villa is a spacious family friendly 3-bedroom ensuite villa with double garage and all the comforts of home but a coastal address. Villa 1 is one of four impressive street facing villas spread across 3 levels which enjoy sneaky views to either Pigeon House Mountain or the ocean. Whilst Su-Jo is dog friendly, to cater to all guests this villa is strictly no pets allowed.

Laguna Lodge Luxury Poolside Unit 7

Our custom designed and built pool side units are near new. Construction finished in November 2016. These units are high end luxury units including T.V's commercial bar fridges. The spacious hardwood (Jarrah) decks overlooks our contemporary style new concrete heated pool and BBQ area. The units have off street parking, with space for boat trailer to be stored. Only 50m walk to the waterfront, and Convenient store next door. We are also 5 minute walk to the Town Center or RSL club.

The Residence

The Residence is a unique 2 Bedroom house at Canberra Ave Villas, located in Queanbeyan next to the showground, on the southern entrance into Canberra. Well appointed & self contained, visitors are able to live independently while away from home - popular with short and long stay guests. Shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs and town amenities are within easy walking distance. The residence can accommodate a range of guest requirements. Parking for 1 car and WiFi are free.
