The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Perfectly located in the town centre, this two‑bedroom apartment puts you within a short walk of the train and bus stations, the hospital, and the university. The bright, open-plan living area and kitchen create a warm, shared space ideal for cooking, relaxing, or gathering. Two spacious double bedrooms whit workspace for remote work or study. Private ensuite for added privacy. A separate family bathroom offers extra convenience. A sofa bed in the living area for the fifth guest when needed.

The Bungalow at Woodcote

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We aim to offer something for everyone whether access to Sky TV, blue tooth speaker or a retro turntable. Around the living room you will find vinyl from the 80’s for you to enjoy. We offer books and board games and colouring books for children of all ages. To ensure a great start to your stay you will find a welcome basket containing essentials to make you feel comfortable after your journey and maybe some sweet retro treats.

The Pheasantry

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

The property has full gas central heating, additional feature electric fire in sitting room, WiFi, Alexa and Sky Tv.

Situated across from "the racecourse" in Northampton our place is both central and tranquil. Its just a short walk away from a good choice of pubs and restaurants and 3/4 mile from the city centre. The apartment is seperate from the main town house with its own entrance, and very private. There is a fridge and microwave with coffee and tea making facilities and also has a working fireplace.
