In our Family Style home, we offer 3 bedrooms to comfortably welcome 6 guests. This includes 1 Master Bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV along side 2 other spacious bedrooms with towels warmers in every room. There is an additional flat screen TV in one of the additional bedrooms. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a working space island, BBQ grill, Patio set and a cozy front porch with 2 chairs and a love seat. *We include 5 beach passes with your booking*

Peaceful Guesthouse

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

The Seagull’s Nest - Large Belmar Beach House

The Seagull’s Nest is a large Victorian-style home originally built in 1900. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space, multiple game rooms, and a central location near Belmar Marina and Main Street, it is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends.
