Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Special touches make your stay comfy & cozy including on-demand hot water, a luxurious queen bed w/ a cozy comforter, mini-split heat/ac, dish network, smart tv & much more.

Cozy Garage Studio | North of I-10, 25 Min to FSU

Private garage studio on a quiet dead-end street just north of I-10, about 25 minutes from FSU This is a small, basic space located in a room attached to the garage at the front of the property. Best suited for short stays for only 1 guest. Very small space. Includes a queen bed, small fridge, microwave, sink, and mini split for cooling. There’s a tv and SPOTTY wifi. Access is via a narrow driveway. Quiet, wooded area. Not a full apartment and not set up for long stays or full cooking.

Guesthouse - Studio in the woods

The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

We are located in northeast Tallahassee, a laid-back and safe area. This renovated guest suite features 1 spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private entrance. The bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the living room has one full-size bed and a large, comfortable couch for relaxing. Located within 5 miles of I-10 and just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and a gym. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside while staying close to the convenience of the city.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage where you can watch the deer in the morning while enjoying your coffee on the screened in porch. One queen bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa bed for up to 5 guests. One full bath, one half bath, and washer/dryer. Gas bbq grill, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, shared pool use, Starlink, sat TV. Beautiful NE location, 7 min to Target/Publix, 15 min to I-10, 30 min to FSU stadium, 20 min to Tom Brown park.

This home backs to a conservation easement and other homes can’t be seen from the back deck. Privacy and serenity's a plus to enjoying this beautiful home!

This is a big house. To set a fair night rate for different sizes of guest groups, the night rate depends on the number of guests you have. Please input the actual number of guests who will stay in the house. One guest has one bedroom. Two guests have two bedrooms. Three guests have three bedrooms. Four or more guests have four bedrooms. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room are available for all guests. The garage is not available.
