Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Beautiful NE location, 7 min to Target/Publix, 15 min to I-10, 30 min to FSU stadium, 20 min to Tom Brown park.

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our cozy condo is located in the highly desirable north Tallahassee community known as Killearn Estates. Guests will enjoy a quiet community lake, many paved walking paths, nearby golf and shopping. Plus, we are just a short, easy drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown and FSU making this the perfect Tally Escape! Our condo features spacious two bedrooms, two full baths and a luxurious back deck to enjoy under the towering oaks.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Bring the whole family and share with friends! This home offers an open concept yet with areas that can be closed off for quiet time to read or for visiting. This home was built with kids in mind, the garage is heated and cooled with a ping-pong table, TV, darts and bean bag toss. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. This home backs to a conservation easement and other homes can’t be seen from the back deck. Privacy and serenity's a plus to enjoying this beautiful home!

Best suited for short stays. Includes a queen bed, small fridge, microwave, sink, and mini split for cooling. NO TV. NO WiFi. Bring your own hotspot if needed. Access is via a narrow driveway. Quiet, wooded area. Not a full apartment and not set up for long stays or full cooking.
