The unit is a little over 300 sf with full kitchen, one bathroom w/ shower, comfy queen bed, several stools/ chairs, flat screen tv, wifi, off-street parking, six USB ports for easy charging and sitting area outdoors on front porch. Five minutes to downtown or SRQ airport, 15 minutes to Lido Beach, and 25 minutes to Siesta Beach with easy access to University Parkway or Fruitville Rd.

Our guests' highest praises include private, quiet, serene, safe and secluded; attributes we're fortunate to claim We have no neighbors while being so close to so much. The living room features a vintage arcade game, a wall of vinyl and a record player for retro vibes. Outside the fun continues - relax on the pergola swings, take a dip in the pool, soak in the spa, enjoy an evening fire or lounge in the sun. Challenge friends to a game of oversized Jenga, connect four, or chess, all against a backdrop of colorful murals.

The guest cottage (approx. 300 sq ft) is separate from the main house, where we reside, with a beautiful saltwater pool to cool off in after your day's adventures! The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests.

Private & Cozy Tiny Home/Cottage

This is a cozy converted workshop with all the amenities of a traditional home! You'll have a comfy bed that sleeps 2 with an air mattress upon request, TV with streaming options, fun decorations, WiFi, air conditioning, W/D, closet space, cooking stuff, & bathroom. If you love tiny homes, you'll love this. Because of it being a converted workshop, it still has that feeling in some regard. It's a little rustic, but still charming. It's not a hotel, nor does it try to be. Pets are welcome.

We have renovated our home for maximum comfort with modern touches and with a fenced yard for children and pets. Our home is child and pet friendly. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lido beach is only 17 minutes away from the house. Siesta beach is only 19 minutes drive from the property. Downtown is a 6 minutes drive and a 34 minutes of walk. Beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella available by request. Please let us know if needed and we leave it in house for your use.

Completely Detached Studio apt/Mother in-law suite located in Historic Old Northeast. 100 feet to Coffee Pot Water Way and walking path. Less than a mile to downtown, less than a mile to Vinoy Hotel and Beach drive; Quarter mile to North Shore Park. Two bikes are available to guests. Guests are also welcome to the lap pool, the grill, patio furniture. Must be okay with dogs.
