We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

My family and I (mom and sister) had a great time staying at Phillip's. The house is clean, decorated nicely and well stocked -- Phillip has everything you need on hand, I would even recommend checking in first and seeing what is already provided before going to the store -- There was breakfast food, snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was such a great touch, but all household goods are there for your use as well. Phillip was an amazing and proactive host, you can tell he put forth a lot of effort in turning the Airbnb into a home away from home for his guests. He also has guidebooks that help with picking activities and places to eat if you're not familiar with the area. The location is is not too far from downtown making everything a quick car ride away, the neighborhood was also pretty quiet. If we're ever in the area again we would definitely return if available.

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

This place was absolutely amazing. Exactly what we wanted for a small honeymoon. The home was beautiful and had plenty of supplies like bath towels, kitchen supplies, trash bags. The surrounding area was peaceful, private and quiet other than an occasional train which didn't bother us. The jacuzzi is an added bonus that really tops off the whole space. We spent half our time out in the cozy backyard watching TV. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our visit and definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much Renee!!

Easy check in. Clean, nice neighborhood, close to great locations.

Randy was a great host. He responded very quickly. Worked with us on the booking when we had some not show and then decide to show up. His property was clean and in a great location. To top it off, we were in town for a family members funeral and he left us a sympathetic card. Everything was great all around.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming Airbnb. The pictures accurately depicted the space, making it feel like a cozy haven away from home. The modern and spacious interiors were a delight. Patrick, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, always promptly responding to my messages. If you’re seeking a comfortable and affordable alternative to overpriced hotels near downtown Tampa, we highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently located just a 15-20 minute drive from all the major attractions in the city. The location is simply unparalleled! What an amazing stay! We had such a good time at Johnny‘s place, and would love to come back. The house is in pristine condition and I had my EV, so the on-site charger was a great bonus that allowed us to stay on the island the whole time without having to worry about charging. It is thoughtfully decorated, and really close to everything. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the canal. It's possible to walk to downtown Sarasota in about 30 minutes, as well as parks and the marina area. Nice pool and amenities, good designated covered parking, and easy instructions for all. We were very content staying here and would happily do so again.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.
