It is a quick walk to world class beaches of Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria from our 2br/1ba beach condo. Our home comes with a comfy King size bed, 2 twin size beds and also a pullout couch in the living room. The Lay-Z-livin’ condos is located centrally in the Bradenton Beach community, 5 min car ride from the famous Bridge Street and Coquina public beaches. There is also beach access located directly across the street. Pool hours are 8a-10pm.

🏝 This quiet little spot is perfectly located to do everything the island has to offer! It is a 1 minute walk to Bridge Street , a 1 minute walk to the AMI pier, and a 2 minute walk to the beach!!! 🐬 The home is perfect for a getaway for you and your partner or a friend. The entire home is inviting, spacious for its size, and has great decor. There is AC, heating, Roku, WiFi, washer and dryer, as well as charcoal grill.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my mobile home is located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay with a little beach 2 min. down the road from my house, where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish. The homes are a combination of mobile homes like mine and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, very safe and friendly. 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.
