Adorable, remodeled, mini-split heat & A/C, 2 bedroom lakeside cottage on the eastern shore of Laurel Lake in northern Pennsylvania, 15 minutes between Montrose, PA and Binghamton, NY. We are happy to open our lake home to new and returning guests. Enjoy a little serenity with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life on this beautiful 40 acre lake. Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone.

A charming 1880's cottage conveniently found in Brackney, PA, a short drive from Binghamton, Endicott and Vestal, NY. We are located close to local breweries, wineries , Salt Springs State Park and various recreational activities, and are 1/2 mile from The Barn at JJT Farm. We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. Several outdoor areas to enjoy on property.

Relax with family at this peaceful retreat in the stunning Endless Mountains region, only 20 min. from Binghamton. The cabin has a loft-like open plan. Please see the ‘details to note’ section about the layout. Two kayaks and a rowboat. No-smoking property. There is a downward incline to the cabin so it is challenging for handicapped individuals. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway. Catch and release fishing. Non motor and electric trolling boats only.

A beautifully restored early vacation home on Lake Montrose that offers guests private lakefront access directly from the house for boating, fishing and swimming. Kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat and a 28 foot dock are available for your enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the large back deck and lawn area overlooking the lake and the Montrose Golf Club. From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! A travelling massage therapist may be available for private bookings with a few days notice.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.
