The flat was reasonably priced and very convenient to the Queensway Underground Station. Ben checked us in. He was thorough and friendly. Very responsive and helpful answering questions about the Internet and the washer/dryer unit.

This was the best host experience I’ve ever had, combined with a wonderful home in the heart of London. Our stay was an incredible find at a great price. The apartment is exactly as described—beautifully furnished, well-equipped, with modern plumbing and a smart design. The location is fantastic, close to shops, the metro, and a lovely park with a Sunday market. Our trip started under stressful circumstances when our original Airbnb fell through. Late on a Sunday night, with two kids, we were stranded. Anna and Niki responded immediately, welcomed us warmly, and checked us in right away. Their kindness and support meant the world to us. The home was spotless, smelled wonderful, and even had a thoughtful book collection. Anna and Niki’s care made all the difference. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Great stay in excellent location, close to lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, underground and Hyde park. Lovely welcome package from host with lots of treats. Would certainly return on future visits to London

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

Perfect palace for a two-night stay. Easy access to London as we went to Kew Gardens. Absolutely perfect for a weekend away

The loft is a bright, spacious place if you are looking to stay just outside of London. Since it sits between two streets, be aware of general traffic noises, but otherwise it was a great home base for London, Windsor, etc! And the pub right across the street (The Black Swan) is amaaaazing!

FIVE STARS! A stunning home, immaculately kept, had everything we needed and was a 10 minute (beautiful) walk to everything- high street pubs shops and canal. Communication was immediate and every detail thoughtful. We will be booking again and cannot wait to come back to Marlow and stay here… xo LA&Pat 🇨🇦

Had a lovely stay. Great communication from Dinah and lovely and clean. There are some low slanted ceilings so watch your head! Brilliant location in a peaceful village, lovely 45 min walk along the Thames into Windsor. Would stay again.

This property is exactly as described. Neat, clean and good parking. Great hosts too. Pub within walking distance.

The accommodation is in a quiet area which is a beautiful place for walking and exploring the Heath and Hampstead. Public transport is also close to explore the city or visit Kew Gardens. We slept very well and would like to stay again when coming back to London.

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Vicina al centro di Londra, raggiungibile in metro, 3 stazioni nelle vicinanze. L'alloggio in cui siamo stati corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio. Era molto pulito, ordinato e ben fornito. Arredato con cura e con elettrodomestici di qualità. Spazioso a sufficienza (eravamo in 6), con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Molto bello il giardino sul retro anche se essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo. Tecnologia all'avanguardia per quanto riguarda impianto audio in tutta la casa, caminetto con fuoco, proiettore con telo a scomparsa nel soffitto. Sicuramente a fare la differenza è stata la disponibilità di Justin che risponde sempre a ogni esigenza e ci ha aiutato parecchio a risolvere diverse situazioni personali, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, dimostrandosi gentile e affidabile. GRAZIE MILLE JUSTIN !! Host e appartamento super consigliato.

Billie & Max’s accommodation is located in a quiet, safe and central part of Kensington/Notting hill which made it very walkable and easy to explore the surrounds. The neighbourhood itself is beautiful, we really enjoyed waking up and looking out the glass doors each morning! The place itself was easy to find, clean and had most things & everything is as described. The only issue we had was that the room and shower were on the smaller side for us, my husband is 6 ft 5 so it was quite an uncomfortable stay for him unfortunately.If you’re just an average height human you will enjoy your stay!Communication with Billie and max was easy and they were very responsive and even kind enough to allow an early check in and offer to hold our bags before check in if we needed. Aside from the room size we really loved our stay, the unit had everything we needed and the location was a huge tick in our books! If you want a safe, quiet and central place in Kensington/notting hi this is it.

We had a wonderful time in greater London at the apartment. Our family of six had enough space. The kitchen had the necessary items to cook a quick breakfast when needed. Walking distance to grocery’s and restaurants. Easy to grab a Uber or hop on the bus. Park is close by and we went there with the kids. Looking forward to going back at a later time for another wonderful vacation.

I stayed at Govinda's place because I had a surgery at the nearby Stanmore Hospital and needed a closer place to stay. I was anxious for the surgery but felt straight away at home and mannagedd to have a full night sleep the night before the operations. The flat is lovely with all that I needed. Lots of the furniture/ decorationa are inspired by Harry Potter which made me happy! Govinda also provided Breakfast with bread, jams, pastries tea and coffee. I also had to book her last minute for a second night for my mum and sister as I had to spend the night in the hospital after surgery and Govinda was very welcoming and supportive taking out lots of stress from my shoulders. Definitely a great host for all types of occasions.

We loved Gregory’s place, plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable and we utilised the airbed which was great. Great location, it was really easy to get on the bus to the tube and get around London. Coffee shop and corner store over the road which was really handy. We will be back!

Notre séjour à Londres en famille, à 5 c'est déroulé à la perfection grâce à ce logement, qui été spacieux, confortable et bien entretenue. La localisation était parfaite, proche des arrêts de bus et des stations de métro. Paula Anna est très serviable, et donne toute les informations requises. Je conseille vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Londres

Really lovely staying with Lilly! It truly felt like staying at home. She is such a lovely and caring person. She gave me many gifts as well. And she was always considerate for my health.
