This unique custom-built 4,009 sq. ft. lake house is located at the mouth of Lyons Creek and Lake Gaston with direct main lake access in the upscale subdivision of West Winds. The home offers fabulous views, a large flat yard, a fire pit, a sandy beach area, and good water depth at the boathouse. The home is situated on a large point with over 550 feet of waterfront. Slow down at our cozy lake home; roast marshmallows, stare at trees like they're celebrity influencers, or make some awkward eye contact with a deer--you do you. Feeling more adventurous? Kayak on the lake, play cornhole, or hike on our private trails. And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (because who likes those?), AND check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. Squirrel-approved? 100% They even take selfies.

Lovely Lake Gaston

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Gaston. The waterfront property also has a boat dock and place to dock and tie up your own boat. There is a neighborhood boat ramp.. There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..
