SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Bayfront location! Just 20 steps to the beach! My place is close to restaurants and dining, amazing views, the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This one-bedroom condo is the perfect space for 1-2 couples, or a family. You have floor-to-ceiling beach views, plus amazing sunrises and sunsets from the two separate balconies. The kitchen is well equipped to cook every meal, or eat out at Ocean City's many restaurants. Your stay also comes with 4 pool passes for accessing the onsite seasonal outdoor pool (viewable from the unit) and access to the building’s tennis/pickleball courts!

Just steps from the Delaware Bay beach. View sunsets every night from your second floor deck. Built in 2024 enjoy our new two bedroom, one bathroom, open concept living room/kitchen/dining apartment. Located 15 minutes from Cape May & Wildwood. Plenty of Wineries and Breweries within 10 miles. We are located on the “Flats,” when the tide goes out it leaves pools of water for many birds fish. We are not able to host service dogs, our dog is not dog friendly. We are smoke free.

Our house is nestled between the shore of the NE River and the creek and marsh directly behind. The home is warm, unassuming and inviting; you'll feel right at home. Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.

For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
