The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. A new comfortable couch in the living room has a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. New fully equipped kitchen that includes, refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave, sink with disposal, dishwasher and coffee maker. Only one pet allowed (no cats) on the premises with the registered guest.
