An original Mid-Century Modern, single story ranch home lovingly restored in the spirit of Mid-Century Modern design. This house has a large, generous bedroom with a queen bed and a fun, themed kids suite with bunk beds, desk, couch TV (with vintage Nintendo). A tennis court with tennis and pickleball options is situated right next to the house. The house also includes a massive sunroom and large living room. Other amenities include jacuzzi, community pool, fire pit, shuffleboard, etc.

Cactus and Stars is a desert modern duplex close to town. The Property has great views of the mountains and stars, as well as a fun and relaxing yard. The residential neighborhood is one block from Christmas Circle and the restaurants and shops along Palm Canyon Rd, and is proximate to the new library and other services.
