Unique Stay on ‘Betty’ a fabulous converted DOUBLE DECKER BUS! Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. Betty boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets during colder months to keep it nice and cozy. You have clear sea views from both bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room There is a private balcony leading from both bedrooms and also from the sitting/dinning room. All balconies have seating to allow you to relax and read a book or have your morning cuppa. Whichever way you walk you will find tasty restaurants and cute coffee bars within minutes. This really is a place to relax, soak up the relaxed atmosphere, gaze up at the stars and enjoy that well deserved break away. Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
