Private villa style mansion with panoramic mountain views, located on a 1.1 acre hill lot area, and in a gated community! Awesome location only minutes to main highway and just 9 mins to the Four Points Sheraton Hotel Golf & Casino! Only 12 mins to the popular Guavate culinary "pork highway", and just 25-30 min drive to San Juan area, beaches and airport. Plenty of local restaurants, shopping, and interesting venues (see guidebook) all within a 12 to 15 min drive. Uber Eats delivers to door!!
