Wunderbare Unterkunft im Hinterland von Nizza! Perfekt als startpunkt für Radtouren :) Das Appartment ist perfekt für 4-5 Leute geeignet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und alles war sehr sauber Catherine war eine extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Erwin et Liliane ont été extrêmement accueillant, gentil Je me suis fié aux autres commentaires et j ai eu raison, ils ont prit soins de nous toute la semaine. Nous ne pouvions pas penser à aussi bien, un accueil AirBnb comme il est difficile de trouver aujourd’hui Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et la mer, Je recommande bien sûr à tout le monde. Encore merci à eux

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Marco und Roberta. Sie waren jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und haben uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Marco hat uns bei Ankunft vom Bahnhof abgeholt und bei unserer Abreise wieder hingefahren. Das Airbnb ist wunderschön gelegen – die Bilder täuschen nicht! Grosser Pluspunkt auch für die ruhige Umgebung sowie die komplett abdunkelbaren Zimmer – unsere Kinder haben so lange geschlafen wie seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr. Einzig die Küche könnte (für Menschen, die gerne kochen) etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage in Alassio und auf ein nächstes Mal.

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Heerlijk huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht. Bij aankomst werden we opgehaald op een afgesproken makkelijk te vinden plaats zodat we niet hoefden te zoeken. Lieve enthousiaste verhuurders. We komen hier graag nog een keer terug

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het huis ligt op een fantastische locatie in Ospedaletti, met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Je loopt in 5 à 8 minuten naar het strand – via een aantal trappen naar beneden of, voor wie liever zonder trappen gaat, gewoon via de weg. Het huis zelf is gezellig, authentiek en met veel smaak ingericht in een lichte retrostijl, waar wij erg van houden. Alles is aanwezig: een complete keuken met oven, vaatwasser en een goed werkende wasmachine. Het ruime terras en de charmante tuin – allebei met zeezicht – maken het helemaal af. En de huisbaas? Een ontzettend vriendelijke en lieve vrouw met wie we heel prettig contact hadden. Dit is zonder twijfel het mooiste plekje van Ospedaletti. We komen zeker terug!

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

The apartment is incredible. She provides everything you could need, iron, hairdryer, toiletries, even salt and pepper. Great use of space and fabulous view. It’s tricky to get to without transport. There are many, many, many steps up! Fine if you have a car or happy to get Ubers.

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. La villa est magnifique et confortable. Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité. Olessia est une hôtesse très accueillante.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. Le petit séjour avec mes deux chiens chez Patrick et Nicole s’est super bien passé. Mon séjour a été court pour car je venais dans un cadre professionnel mais j’y serais bien restée plus longtemps ! Patrick et Nicole sont proactifs et réactifs, très gentils et attentionnés même envers mes deux vieux toutous (et ça c’est un énorme +++). Le logement est très propre et comporte absolument tout ce dont on a besoin (et même plus), c’est super fonctionnel et très joli. On peut rentrer la voiture à côté de l’entrée du logement c’est très pratique. Le cadre est magnifique, la vue est incroyable. Nous pouvons profiter du jardin tout en étant autonomes, c’est top. Rien à redire, merci à Patrick et Nicole c’était parfait 👍🏼

Apres un acceuil chaleureux,nous avons pris possession du gite simplement décoré . Le seul bemol c'est le manque de stationnement.

Agréable séjour dans une villa avec un cadre reculé et paisible. Un espace extérieur avec beaucoup d'espace et très confortable .

What an absolute treasure! First of all, the house is located further up in the mountains, so prepare yourself for a breathtaking panorama of Nice. Then there is the owner who is super friendly and communicative. When you enter the house, you realize that it’s not just another place to stay. Every corner held a thoughtful detail, a splash of color, or an intriguing texture that spoke of a creative soul. The furnishings weren't just functional - they were conversation pieces, like the embroidered picture on the wall with a cow taken by UFO :D It was the kind of space that sparked inspiration and made you feel instantly at home, yet also like in a movie. Beyond the aesthetics, the apartment was also incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a stay. We really loved it, wish we could stay longer!

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Vincent et nous sommes ravis. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre, et extrêmement lumineux avec toutes les baies vitrées qui rendent encore mieux qu’en photo. Super point de vue sur la vallée, très bien situé (30 min de Nice, 45 min de Menton, 1h15 de Saint Martin Vésubie). Environnement très calme, la route d’accès met directement dans l’ambiance (2,5km de montée en lacets). Bref un sans faute et une super semaine pour nous. Et Vincent est très arrangeant et super gentil. On a même testé la piscine qui venait juste d’être mise en eau (14 degrés mais motivé ça se fait 😆)

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento immerso nel verde, a 10 min dal mare, recentemente ristrutturato e completo di tutto. La vista dal soggiorno è fantastica. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Letti comodi. Proprietari gentili. Consigliato

Tous simplement notre meilleur séjour chez un habitant ! Sandra et cinzia sont d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle et pleines de petites attentions. Le logement était plein de charme dans un petit village au calme avec une magnifique vue. Rien à dire sur la propreté et sur le confort de la literie. Nous avons adorés notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. 🤗

Merveilleux séjour dans un cadre magnifique avec une vue sublime sur la mer et la montagne. Laurence est une hôte bienveillante et très disponible pour de bons conseils, elle nous as accueillis chaleureusement. Un superbe logement bien équipé, très agréable avec beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur. N'hésiter pas à le réserver, je recommande à 100% , nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
