Tiny on Top - outstanding views, and a hot tub!

Not too much, not too little Relax, reconnect, and rediscover nature. With panoramic views out to the Dorrigo escarpment, this is the perfect location to both celebrate special occasions, and to create them. Surrounded by State Forest and complete serenity, though only 10 mins from restaurants/cafes, and groceries, here you will wake to the sound of birds, and very little else, the peace is outstanding. Bonville Lazy Acres

Private fully equipped cottage, seperate private driveway & double carport, private entrance. We live on the property but unless guest need us their stay will be totally private Bonville International Golf club 3 minute drive, 10 minute drive away from Sawtell where you can have dinner in the beautiful Main Street, 10 minute drive to Mylestom to have a picnic by the river, 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport, 12 minute drive to Coffs Harbour city centre, 15 minute drive to Bellingen

Take a break and unwind in this comfortable self contained apartment Located directly opposite Bonville Creek, enjoy easy access to fishing, kayaking and water activities in a peaceful, natural environment. A short walk will get you to Bongil Bongil National Park with walking and bike riding trails, while a drive or walk of 1.7km will take you to the vibrant restaurants and cafe culture of Sawtell with its magnificent headland and beaches. Architecturally designed house set on 5 acres of private Australian bush. Conveniently located just; 20 minutes to Bellingen. 15 minutes to Coffs Harbour airport. 10 minutes to Sawtell. 5 minutes to Bonville international golf course. Enjoy swimming in nature with direct access to Bonville creek running across the rear of the property. Finnish sauna suitable for 6 persons with outdoor shower. Pets allowed on request. Note that there is no boundary fencing.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at this luxurious cottage nestled in a pretty garden setting. A great place to call home for a night or a week! Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

Wattle St Beach House- steps from the beach!

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Kates Place - spacious clean + green

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower heat lamp and washing machine. Netflix is available along with fast wifi.
