Sawtell Beach Hideaway

Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Tiny on Top - outstanding views, and a hot tub!

Not too much, not too little Relax, reconnect, and rediscover nature. With panoramic views out to the Dorrigo escarpment, this is the perfect location to both celebrate special occasions, and to create them. Surrounded by State Forest and complete serenity, though only 10 mins from restaurants/cafes, and groceries, here you will wake to the sound of birds, and very little else, the peace is outstanding. 'Biddy's Beach House' is moments from the beach in the heart of Sawtell. This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. Enjoy spacious, open planned-living. Lounge on the balcony with a coffee or champagne (depending on the time of day) and listen to the ocean. Sawtell is perfect for families with the beach and Boambee reserve providing hours of entertainment.

In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway at this luxurious cottage nestled in a pretty garden setting. A great place to call home for a night or a week! Only 1 minute from the highway, 5 minutes to beautiful Sawtell Beach, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Coffs Airport, Coffs Hospital, Bonville Golf Club, Coffs Stadium and Southern Cross University. We have an Adult Only policy, the space is not suitable for children or babies.

Kates Place - spacious clean + green

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower heat lamp and washing machine. Netflix is available along with fast wifi.

The Barn Bellingen

A light and airy, newly renovated 100 year old barn, using recycled materials lovingly restored by our local super skilled friends. Just 3 minutes walk into beautiful Bellingen town. Private and secluded in the grounds of our home with its own laneway entrance. We are a family of 4 with our dog and our cat. Super comfy king size bed. The property isn't suitable for young children.

The EcoShed - Private Riverfront Getaway

Overlooking the beautiful Bellinger river it is the perfect place to chill and enjoy comfort in the middle of nature. Located on 23 acres just 5 minutes from town, with outdoor terrace, BBQ and fire pit. Private nature trails, and waterways with platypus and kookaburras on your doorstep. Swimming spots, beaches, waterfalls and national parks within a short distance.
