Winterwarm Cottage and wine tasting!

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Visit picturesque Fallbrook with us at The Nest: Our warm, country farmhouse includes a large one bedroom and one bathroom, an oversized living room with a pull out bed and a kitchenette that includes a microwave, toaster oven and small refrigerator (no oven). There is 650 square foot space with a private entrance, parking, and balcony with beautiful views. We are in the country side, . The Nest is located north of Interstate 76 and Mission road; 16 miles to the Oceanside beach.

Casita Vista

Located in the heart of an Orchard dating back to 1947. Every room in la Casita Vista has fruit tree views. Cozy up around the fire pit at night for sunset + star gazing. Soak up morning light in the bfast nook. Sip, snack, or dine alfresco via the front + back patios, decks + hammock. Harvest walks for seasonal fruit. New appliances, tuft + needle beds, Lucid memory foam, Citizenry bedding, custom built-in sofa, + nook. Filled w/ design, vintage finds, + travel treasures.

Enjoy Southern California living in our peaceful, private, sun-soaked, casita guesthouse in Fallbrook. Family friendly and boasting a fully equipped kitchen, this cozy spot is ready for a perfect vacay. Dine and unwind comfortably with ample indoor and outdoor seating for up to 6 guests. Only a 25 minute drive to Oceanside Harbor Beach, 30 min to Temecula wineries, 30 min to Legoland, 50 min to SeaWorld and 70 to Disneyland plus all of San Diego County in under an hour!

Newly renovated casita w/full kitchen, laundry room, private bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room. Large private fenced yard. We are dog friendly. No cats due to allergies. Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.

The Peppertree Cottage

Welcome to a very peaceful spot overlooking the beautiful Bonsall Valley in North San Diego. Located central to the beaches, wine country, and all the attractions San Diego has to offer. This is a house built for our friends to come stay on our 6 acre ranch. It’s very rare to have a country experience like this, so close to the ocean and the mountains! On a clear day, you can see both the coastline and some of the highest mountains in California.
