Our thoughtfully renovated little 1970’s apartment is literally just a stone’s throw from the beach and 3 minute drive to Kingston amenities. There are many nearby adventures to be had with the Huon Valley just 20 minutes drive away and Hobart CBD 12 minutes, but you'll probably just want to enjoy the beach!

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

We are 15 minutes driving from Hobart City Centre, also we are the central base to all the toursim attractions like Bruny Island, Tahune Airwalk, Huon Trail, Salamanca Place, the Main Wharf, Mona Art Musum, Port Arthur and other good spots.
