Spacious, lovingly furnished apartment/holiday apartment. Everything is open, loft-like on one level, without doors. Living room with spacious pull-out seating that can be converted into a large bed for additional guests. Completely well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a large balcony. Facilities include free internet access, TV, music system, microwave, bed linen and towels. Due to its quiet yet central location, this apartment is also ideal as accommodation when taking part in seminars, during scientific research stays, as accommodation at trade fairs and during long-term outpatient clinic treatments in Bonn and the surrounding area. Das Apartment liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Uniklinikums und ist der ideale Rückzugsort für alle, die Angehörige begleiten oder besuchen. Natürlich sind uns auch andere Gäste herzlich willkommen! Das Naturschutzgebiet Kottenforst ist fußläufig zu erreichen und lädt ein zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren. Das Apartment ist gut angebunden, die Innenstadt mit dem Bus in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Apartment kann nicht gekocht werden, aber Restaurants und die Mensa befinden sich in der Nähe.

Studio in der Bonner Südstadt

Das Studio befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines Gründerzeithauses in der Bonner Südstadt. Der Eingangsbereich ist ausgestattet mit Kleiderschrank und Garderobe, einer Leseecke, Küchenzeile (Schank, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Herd, Kaffeemaschine etc.) und einem Bistrotisch für 2 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer zum Garten ist ruhig gelegen, das Boxspring-Bett ist 1,60x2,00 m groß. Es ist mit TV und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl eingerichtet. Ein eigenes Duschbad steht komplett ausgestattet zur Verfügung.

In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Endenicher Kulturmeile (ca. 5 min. Fußweg) und zum Stadtteil Poppelsdorf (ca. 10 min. Fußweg) befindet sich meine schöne Penthouse Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 12 Jahren als Aufbau dem Bestandsgebäude hinzugefügt. Der großzügige helle Ess- und Wohnbereich mit offener Küche ist das Herzstück der Wohnung. Die Dachterasse (ca. 10 qm mit aut. Markiese) bietet von morgens bis abends Sonne. Zwei Badezimmer und ein separater Schlafraum komplettieren die Wohnung.

The apartment - cozy 30sqm - is located directly at the large Unipark and the Rhine, the most delicious café in Bonn (Café Sahneweiß is on the first floor). You will love this accommodation, not only because of its absolutely central location. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers. Come in, arrive, feel good. The apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) in a stylish old building is more than central. You can do everything on foot.

"Der Schuppen" komfortables Häuschen in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" ist eine ehemalige Werkstatt, die ich zu einem modernen, kleinen Wohlfühl-Haus umgebaut habe. Sie wohnen zentral, aber mitten im Grünen, am Fuß des Venusbergs. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind fußläufig in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt die Bahn 11 Minuten. Das Haus der Geschichte ist 1,4 km und das World Conference Center 1,9 km entfernt. Der offen gestaltete "Schuppen" verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang.
