Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.

Ce studio est une dépendance à l arrière de la maison totalement isolée avec sa propre entrée. La terrasse et le jardin est partagé entre la maison et la dépendance. Le studio dispose de sa salle d eau et cuisine équipée. Il est dans un quartier très calme et très bien situé proche des transports bus 146 et 147. Quartier calme et nous ne souhaitons pas de nuisance (musique ou soirée projet X interdite)
