The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. Upper level has a spacious master bedroom, bathroom, and private deck with an ocean view. Main floor has an inviting open floor plan with living area, dining area, bar, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
