Nice family townhouse close to the city.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Här finns plats för upp till 9 personer, gått om plats för barn, arbetsrum, vardagsrum. På övre våningen finns badrum med badkar samt på undervåningen finns TvätToalett samt Duschrum. Alla rum har dubbla sängar. Vällingby Centrum med massor av butiker ligger 1 km bort. Vällingby Centrum har även tunnelbanestation som går direkt till Stockholm Central. Endast bokade gäster får vistas i boendet såsom Fest EJ tillåten

Stockholm city center is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus and train.

Helt nyrenoverad del av radhus på 38 kvm med uteplats på ca 80 kvm uthyres. Uteplatsen är rustad med bord och stolar för utomhus förtäring. Önskar man grilla så finns det grill att låna om man frågar. Djur är välkomna att följa med och staket finns på uteplatsen så hundar kan vara lösa på tomten. Tvättmaskin och torkställning finns om man behöver tvätta.
