Szeretettel várok mindenkit teljeskörűen felújított belváros közeli lakásomba. Az apartmanban Netflix és Disney+ streaming-előfizetések, illetve Wi-Fi biztosítja a kikapcsolódást. A konyha magasan felszerelt, lehetőség van főzni és sütni is. A belváros nagyjából 10 perc sétával elérhető. Pécs belvárosában, csendes, zöldövezeti környezetben található klímatudatos lakás. Az ingatlan két hálószobával és két fürdőszobával rendelkezik, valamint egy tágas, különálló nappali és egy nagy terasz biztosítja a kényelmet és a kikapcsolódást. A ház fenntartható energiával üzemel, a lakás berendezésében pedig a környezettudatosság fontos szerepet játszott.
