Charming cottage hideaway surrounded by nature

Luxurious interiors, designed with keen attention to detail will ensure a truly memorable stay. Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Dolls House Cottage

Dolls House Cottage is set in a beautiful, peaceful location only 2 hrs drive from London and approx 45 mins to the scenic North Norfolk Coast. The cottage has been completely newly renovated to offer luxurious, high standard, modern accommodation throughout, whilst retaining the charm of an original 17th Century Norfolk cottage. Whether you require accommodation for work or a holiday, Dolls House offers an extremely comfortable, high quality stay with Wi-Fi, ample parking and beautiful gardens.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

Bodney Park Cottage is an incredibly romantic and special getaway. Set on a private estate in rural Norfolk, the cottage has been recently restored to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and top quality amenities throughout. With wonderful natural light and stunning views, guests are free to explore the grounds, woods and river walks. The cedar wood burning hot tub also offers guests the chance to enjoy incredible stargazing at night before cuddling up by the cosy fire.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Foulden Watermill, ‘The Wagtails’ offers over 1000 square feet of luxurious living with every possible convenience. The secluded location is home to many types of wildlife including Kingfishers, Wagtails and Grey Heron, and if you’re lucky you might spot the resident otter in the mill pond. Fully enclosed with electric gated access and dedicated parking it’s a perfect location for wildlife lovers and well placed to visit many of Norfolk’s attractions.

Wren cottage is located in the heart of Thetford Forest. This stylish and luxurious studio apartment has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Don't forget to bring your bike and get exploring!

Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

Warren Lodge Barn - Eco-friendly Barn Conversion

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.
